Really appreciated the holiday episode on small talk. The ideas around asking better questions and building connection helped me rethink social anxiety in a practical way. I walked away with a helpful reset for everyday interactions.

Thank you!

I came here to reiterate a few of the other podcast reviews. I love that this podcast takes time to go through what many of us didn’t have the privilege to learn as kids. I especially loved Nicole Stanley’s episode talking about money anxiety. This is something I have first-hand experience with and I really appreciated her insight on how to combat it. 10/10.
