Slam N Jam Fun Stat

While listening to the most recent episode, the question of which current players still in the playoffs have scored 2000+ points in the playoffs in their career came up. My guess was James Harden and Donovan Mitchell. When the Mitchell guess turned out incorrect, I looked it up to see how close he was. I was listening on May 10th and on that day (if my understanding of Basketball Reference is correct), Donovan Mitchell had a total of 2,034 career playoff points. Then I realized the show was recorded on May 8th and the Cavaliers played on May 9th where Donovan Mitchell had led all scorers with 35 points.

I can’t listen to this pod anymore. Alex and Andrew are awesome on Saturdays but the regular garbage that Dave and Zena have is just awful and unlistenable anymore. Sorry Es you deserve better too man. Go listen to literally anything else.
