An Absolute Blessing!

C Kennon2/22/2026

You are not only the best therapist in the world to my son, you are a blessing to everyone! As a mom of an adult with autism and fragile X syndrome, life can be hard to navigate day to day. I was also diagnosed with ADHD last year at the age of 45 and felt completely lost. I have felt that I was failing my son, my husband, and even myself. I was so lost. After listening to only a few of your podcasts I discovered so many things I was doing so wrong! I thought I was helping him and myself but was truly just making it harder. Now, thanks to your podcasts, I have found the tools to help me and my son navigate this thing called life. You are a true Godsend to us and so many more! Thank you so much for being such a blessing to so many. We absolutely love you and appreciate you!

It is obvious that Holly is doing this for the right reason and has experience with being neurodivergent and having neurodivergent kids. Thank you so much Holly for all of the wonderful information and helping me be a better parent to my kids.

Always Relatable

What I love most about this podcast, is that I can scroll through and usually find an episode quickly that speaks to me, educates me and normalizes my kid. My daughter is 11 and diagnosed this year with AutADHD. She also struggles with sensory processing disorder and anxiety. I was just diagnosed at 49 with ADHD. Holly always hits the nail on the head with how I am feeling and reminds me to be patient with my daughter and with myself.

So relatable

I listened to this podcast for the first time yesterday, and it brought me to tears. The story about failing to recall someone’s name, and then being shamed, was all too familiar. I’ve listened to quite a few adhd/autism podcasts, and I find this one easy to listen to, and relate. I’ve been diagnosed with adhd since 33, I’m 37 now, and everyday I learn something new. Now considering I am autistic, but have no official diagnosis-just so many lightbulbs going off. Ty for all you do 💙

The Working Memory episode

Holly, my 3-year old, 8-year old, 13, 15….57-year old selves were standing and cheering while wiping tears. We’ve been seen! Sharing your experience in such a vulnerable way was so healing. I’ve understood this information intellectually before but it’s the first time that I’ve really absorbed this. Seeing myself in your story so passionately shared was balm for the shame which still resurfaces. Thank you!!!!
