The Dark Paranormal

I have been listening to this show for over a year now. I enjoy the content, but the ads are just too much. 7-8 minutes worth of ads for a 16-20 minute episode is just overkill. Not everyone can afford a subscription, and it is maddening to not only have ads disrupt the mood, but they are embedded with the host’s voice. Unfortunately, I have to quit the podcast for my sanity.

This podcast could be intriguing but there are too many ads to keep me interested. Takes too long to get the story going and then there are the three minute interruptions. I understand you have sponsors but it just does not work for me

I love Kevin from Liverpool. I been listening to him for years and a lot of stuff he said over the years I’m not so much but on a recent episode he had a episode called holy demon this is irresponsible and dangerous of him. He claims to be a catholic but his theology or Catholic. He comes at the cult in a comical way, but though in this show not as much however when it comes to people souls. He doesn’t care about misleading people encouraging them to go into darker stuff. So if you have young children be careful he’s a very good storyteller. Normally I would give him free the four stars but he’s irresponsible so I only gave them two stars. If you’re a traditional believer, you’re not welcome to speak out for the others in the Patreon group attack you. And Kevin supports them over you.

Listened to this show from the first episode. Stories were interesting with a few that were legitimately chilling. Unfortunately, the show became ad heavy and the production value slipped. Poor sound quality, awkward editing and unclean cuts distract to the point that it’s a tough listen. With the number of professional quality paranormal podcasts flooding the space, a show needs to stand out and unfortunately, this one just doesn’t anymore.

I enjoyed this podcast many seasons ago but lately it just seems overdone. The stories seem very embellished, sometimes childish in nature, and always include some kind of demon. Not my cup of tea.
