Can you please stop recommending other podcast and putting them in your feed If I wanted to listen to Oprah or anyone else I would, I don’t need you to recommend, the forced downloads because you do that messes up my memory on the podcast episodes I actually want to listen too

Feeling healthier everyday!

I follow your Plant Paradox “Yes” food list and feel so much healthier and have regular and normal bowel movements now. I would love to hear you share on an episode what you eat for weekly meals are (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I do my absolute best to limit red meat, eat more fish, and pressured cooked beans. Thank you, Dr. G!

Dr Gundry should run for health secretary and promote universal healthcare. He is a heart surgeon he knows lot about hearts he cont go wrong.

Questionable advice/Too many ads

!!jana##•6/16/2026

Dr. Gundry is clearly an educated, board-certified physician, and I respect the training and work that takes. That said, medical credentials don’t automatically mean someone’s nutrition advice is spot on 100% of the time. His stance on avoiding beans, in particular, seems more extreme than what a lot of mainstream nutrition research supports. I also found the amount of advertising distracting. It gives the impression that monetization is a major focus. To be fair, he’s hardly alone there—plenty of successful podcasts and health personalities who are already wealthy still run a huge number of ads. Some of the products being promoted also struck me as a bit sketchy or at least deserving of a healthy dose of skepticism before buying.
