Office hours or AI hours?
Have been a long time listener but the recent office hours episodes sounds like an AI Mark Hyman. Always valued the health views but this is disappointing
Go back to your roots
I’ve been following Dr. Hyman for years and he’s the reason I got into the holistic field myself. But…this podcast has become more commercial than informational. So much that there’s not much that he hasn’t already shared before. It’s primarily about pitching Function Health (which I love) and all of his affiliate links/associations. Really to the point where I only listen to an episode once a month or every other month and I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. Kind of disappointed to be honest.
Losing credibility
SSRIs do work
Exercise induced migraine
Thank you Dr Hyman for the insights on what may be happening in the body related to migraine. I have suffered with migraines since my early 20’s, I am 41 and currently have a neurologist manage my headaches through many injections. However NOTHING touches my exercise induced migraines and they are the worst. Emergency room level pain. Help with any ideas, I can’t afford a functional medicine dr currently but need help shedding some light on this. Any new research? pain headaches
Great content, but please keep the focus on health!
While I greatly value the medical and lifestyle information shared on the podcast, I find it disappointing when the conversation turns toward political commentary or religious interpretation. In the recent episode, Dr. Sharon Malone’s comments about the Bible felt unnecessary and out of place in a discussion I came to for health and science-based content. I say this as someone with friends and family across a wide range of political and religious perspectives. I appreciate thoughtful discussion, but I believe the podcast is strongest when it stays focused on medical, scientific, and lifestyle guidance. Please keep the excellent health content, but leave out the political and religious commentary, if only out of respect for listeners who come to the show for practical medical insight.
