The Hello, Sidney Podcast

I start listening to Sidney after searching for podcasts about horror films and this caught my eye. I listened to Sidney in one of her episodes in the archives, and I wasn’t sure if it be for me. Sidney has the mouth of a sailor. But in her movie recap, she is so real, she will tell you how she feels about the film as a whole, but also how she feels about the theme, the music, the characters. It just made me not only want to keep listening, but also watch these films. I found my horror sister in Sidney. She’s incredible! Thank you Sidney for all you do🫶🏼

I feel like this podcast was made for me specifically. I’m one of the weirdos who can watch all the true crime, but am terrified watching horror films. Although I love hearing about them from others who have braved them and watch. I always want to know everything about them even though they terrify me. Nobody can break them down and explain them like Sidney does. The background and facts about the films and the making of them is an added bonus. I found Sidney on TikTok and loved her, so when I saw she had a podcast, I ran! This is my new favorite and I am obsessed!

When I was younger I used to LOVE scary movies and now I feel like I’m having an anxiety attack watching any of them 😂 so this podcast is perfect for me. Don’t know where I’ve been since I’ve been following on tiktok for a year now. Been binging episodes while at work and it’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nobody does horror like Sidney! I first found her @horror_chronicles page on TikTok and quickly became obsessed. When I found out she had a podcast I knew it was going to become my favorite podcast of all time. Sidney puts so much effort into each and every one of her episodes. I honestly don’t think there’s anyone who could give a more detailed & thoughtful plot summary for any genre of film than Sidney. I’m so glad to have found my community of fellow horror lovers!!
