A+ law

This podcast is consistently excellent and as a layperson I learn an incredible amount about how this administration operates extra judicially

Very sobering indeed.

Excellent, thorough, informative explanations of very complicated situations we find ourselves in as a country. With a lawless executive branch enabled by a partisan Supreme Court.

Fantastic, informed podcast

David Aaron is a terrific, measured, and deeply informed host. Recommended for when you need that specific NatSec discussion.

DHS & ICE

Bohemian Peasant7/19/2025

Intelligent discussion about the huge expansion of DHS & ICE. The creation of a large paramilitary force with the power to imprison people indefinitely in inhumane conditions (even in foreign countries) and not subject to oversight by DOJ or Article 3 courts is a massive risk for the US.

Exceptional

Worth a couple listens. No filler.
