These guys are relentlessly negative and are almost entirely humourless. It makes for a sour listen most of the time. Yes, the Leafs are in trouble, but why not be more suggestive about what they should be doing rather than just piling on show-after-show

James acts like a know it all and is super annoying, with very mediocre at best takes. Jonas is the reason to listen to this.

“I would take the guys who aren’t performing off the poweplay?” “Who?” Ummm. Can’t name a single guy and then goes onto another topic. I’m not even a Leafs fans, but these guys know nothing. Complete lack of depth.

Hearing James “I don’t root for the Leafs” Mirtle refer to the Gentleman’s Sweep against the Panthers as a “hard-fought series” was chicken soup for the soul.
