The Losers' Club: A Stephen King Podcast

I’m currently going through all of Stephen King’s books in publication order and I stumbled upon this podcast when I was still reading the books from the 70s. I look forward to finishing a book and movie adaptation so I can get into the podcast. My wife only wants to listen to so much about what book I happen to be reading… oh well. So, it’s really nice listening to the pod. It’s like being in a book club with friends. I also don’t mind the comments about current politics. It is pretty horrifying and it’s in line with Stephen King’s views. So it’s an appropriate topic.

I’ve been listening for probably four or five years now? Not even sure but I look forward to new episodes and I am particularly loving the ranking episodes. Thank you guys all so much, especially Jen and Julia, you both so often say exactly what I am thinking as I find myself driving and verbally responding as though the Losers can hear me 🤣🤣🤣 keep it up you guys! Long days and pleasant nights.

Seemed interesting to see a podcast talk about lots of scary/horror shows and movies. They just derail from the topic and talk about other items and detail with personal stories instead of staying on topic. A little to over the place for a discussion on a podcast.

Such a great podcast. Very re-listenable. If you are a writer, it’s perfect. If you’re fascinated by King, even better. All of the insecurities and joys that come with writing are discussed, a wide variety of opinions, very valuable! I’m in the car a lot for work, and this podcast makes my shift go by so fast.

One of the podcast host said not to get too off, I’m assuming he’s staying off subject. It’s past that you’re talking about everything else and wanting to get on topic about what the headline of the podcast is a good 40 minutes into the podcast…. Waiting for the garbage truck to come is more entertaining.
