I love each and every episode of The Model Health Show! I make sure to save these podcasts for when I start my workout. The theme music always gets me dancing and ready for my time at my home gym. I have found that laying out bands, Balance boards, foam rollers, or kettle bells where are my family is spending time results in a lot of natural gravitation toward moving. I’m so glad for the years of mentorship this podcast has provided me. There’s no one else like Shawn - I love his ethos of staying strong to be of service. What a great model for us all!
