Love this podcast (yes even when it is woke lol). Possibly the best pod of all time when it is on a good streak! But 5 weeks of recycled episodes is not a good streak … come on y’all ……..

Goodbye Moth

I have listened to the Moth for many years. I used to think they represented a cross section of America fairly well. I never expected to like or identify with all of the speakers, but thought the variety was fair. However, over time they have drifted so far towards LGBTQ+, DEI and liberal topics that I find myself skipping many of the speakers. The show skews so far that I don’t think they represent a cross section of America any longer, and certainly not my values. Therefore it is time for me to leave.

Refreshing

This podcast has made me listen actively, feel feelings and abstain from the stress and anxiety hamster wheel of politics and true crime which have become harder to separate as separate genres these days. The stories of the excellent story tellers are beautiful. They make you laugh, cry, laugh until you cry and I feel lighter after having listened.

This is personally my all time favorite podcast. There are so many stories not in the podcast though so go to the website and all the archived stories there…. This is the grandfather of all story telling platforms that are out now.
