Thank you Adam. This podcast is the single most helpful media that teaches me how and why I engage with my story. This resource is powerful and easy to engage, even the toughest part of story work. Thanks again.

A therapist walks you through your story

An excellent source for the therapy modality of writing your story in your efforts to integrate your past and start living in the now. Comes from a authentic and raw perspective of Christianity. No Jesus Glitter here! Come her to write review from you Tube. The videos are well made and the audio is excellent. So nice to see excellence- as opposed to “a product that labels itself ‘Christian’ and makes you cringe”.
