I’ve been listening to the Secret Cabal for years and they never disappoint. Over the years other podcasts come and go but the secret cabal has always stood the test of time for me. There is a passion and air of genuine friendship in this show that is truly one of a kind. Highly recommend to anyone enjoys board games and ttrpgs.

While my very, very, vey casual gamer wife and I are on the road traveling I listen to several boardgame podcasts, including The Secret Cabal. I didn’t really think my wife was paying attention to the podcasts, until during one trip she asked which podcast I was listening to. It wasn’t the Secret Cabal and when I told her the name she caught me off guard and replied “If it’s not the Secret Cabal it’s not worth listening to”. So there’s the ultimate compliment! While I don’t agree that other podcasts aren’t worth listening to, the Secret Cabal is #1 in my book.

I love the show and listen every week. One star off for racist comments about Korean food last episode. You can like It or not like it, but calling it butthole meat and cast off Meat, neither of which is true, is fairly offensive.

Awesome group of guys who kid around while offering great reviews and discussions. Every segment is great! It’s my only >2hr show, but well worth it.
