Pace and organization difficult
First four episodes present information in no logical order. Scattershot. Chronologically all over the place. Teasing a discussion of the religious extremists involved then backtracking again. There appears to be an interesting story here but it’s not well-told.
Huh?
Just tell the story in order. If you don’t already know this story, this is a difficult listen. It starts with a huge chunk of the story, then clips from too many random perspectives. Interviews from individuals that you don’t know how or where they play into the narrative, throw in even more confusion. I got bored because I couldn’t retain the information because there’s no place for me to put it in my brain. It’s too scattered that I couldn’t follow along. Probably an amazing story, but halfway through the first episode I’m am spinning with “just start from the beginning. Why are we talking about eulogies??”
