The Way Forward with Alec Zeck

That’s funny people rate this not 5 star. Every episode is fantastic. One of the best health and wellness podcasts, if not the best.

I am a long time podcast listener and attended Alec’s Confluence event for the first time this year in 2026. I was treated like absolute trash by both him and one of the presenters at the event, and have yet to receive a refund, an apology, or any accountability whatsoever for any of it. I was repeatedly terrorized by a presenter and his family at the event, and not only did Alec not care, he blamed me for what happened and basically insinuated that I deserved it. I’m still floored that this is how they treat their fans and supporters and that this is who he actually is in real life. People clearly aren’t always what they appear to be on the internet. I had a terrible time at this event, I’m still trying to process how two grown men could treat a woman and fan and supporter this way, and I would urge others to stay away from both him and this event in the future. He’s not a nice person in real life. Massively disappointed. Litigation is forthcoming since he refuses to do the right thing.

Love this podcast so much! Deep gratitude for Alec's insights, sharing wisdom, and dropping so much valuable information into the collective consciousness. Genius-level guests, long engaging conversations that don't get boring or waste my time with trivial chat, and not too many ads (and none of the loud obnoxious off-topic generic ads). Yes. I’ve been binge listening to older episodes since I found this podcast.

This is hands down one of my favorite podcasts of all time! Each conversation is filled with so much gold. I love how Alec allows for nuance, approaching exploration of these diverse topics with childlike curiosity. I have gained incredible value and transformation in my own life from tuning in, and have and will continue to share powerful episodes with loved ones to help expand their consciousness.
