As a physician and mother of two, Jon’s instagram/book/this podcast have been a perfect blend of evidence based neuroscience research and practical parenting advice that has helped me to balance the hard parts of parenting with the parent I want to be. Thankful for his reminder to be curious, it’s changed the way I handle hard moments with my 3 year old. Highly recommend! 🙏🏻

So thankful that I somehow was able to come across this podcast. I also have a neurodivergent child and this podcast has been the best thing I have found. Thanks so much Jon for your expertise and support as we try to do the absolute best for our littles ♥️

This is the best parenting podcast I have found. Jon gives you bites sizes information to help you with your parenting that I have been following for two years now . His book is equally amazing, and I cannot recommend him enough.

The reminder to let go of shame, accept our shortcomings, and keep trying to rewire our pathways are just what I needed when I went searching for help tonight.
