Too Scary; Didn't Watch

I discovered TSDW in about April. I’ve just realized that a scant 4 months later I only have 11 unheard episodes left. I am mourning when I have to wait a week to hear new episodes already. In other news, when did my son become as tall as me? He was 5’1” when I first began this journey and now he stands eye to eye with me at 5’7”. Time flies, eh?

I’ve been looking for another horror movie podcast since I love Scream! But they are so erratic in posting and then I went on a Reddit rabbit hole to find something similar and these ladies nailed it. I love their banter, the movie choices and the pace of the show.

My sister and I have loved TSDW for years, but I listen to far fewer episodes these days…because I love horror movies now! And I want to watch before listening! Thank you ladies for unlocking a whole new world of stories for me with the power of friendship and empathy. (Also my sister and I got to watch the original cut of The Descent at our local theater—thank you!!)

Love to see a TSDW/Spooko collab in my feed. Feels like a bonus ep of both podcasts!

Just discovered this one in my suggesteds a couple days ago. I just re-watched I Know What You Did Last Summer, so I listened to that episode and I love that they noticed the same things that I noticed and had the same takes. I felt very seen lol. Just listened to the Midsomer episode yesterday and I'm so grateful to never need to see that movie but to now be educated and understand pop culture references to it 😄 Looking forward to exploring the long back catalog for the rest of the summer. It's like listening to ghost stories ❤️
