This podcast has gotten me through pregnancy, I always listen to it on my walks and now into postpartum! I love that multiple podcasts come out a week so I’m never waiting a full week for come out! All very relatable things that Alex and Harrison and Jules discuss 🤍 keep them coming thank you!!

Been parents for like 30 min….why listen to this drivel

I loved that y’all talked about cold formula & breast milk. We were on the cold drink train all the way for our baby. With all of the newborn things going on giving her cold bottles was easier. We bottle fed a combo of about 80% formula and 20% breast milk for 3 months and then did just formula, and for our family keeping her bottles cold was key to making an already hard season a little easier
