U.S. Supreme Court Oral Arguments

Wondering why there are limited postings recently. So look forward to listening

The app is the most convenient way to listen to these arguments, but unlike in past years, whoever’s running this podcast isn’t updating it. Weeks and weeks go by and arguments still aren’t posted. It really disappointing, especially since the website itself is update timely.

I have loved this podcast as a way to listen to SCOTUS arguments. However, this year the uploads are so delayed and sporadic that I’ve been often listening to them via the SCOTUS website. It should be fairly straightforward to grab the audio & repost it here, so I wonder if they lost staff &/or funding to keep it up to date.

It bothers me that it takes so long to get the arguments. There are other pods that post the next day. Why should I follow this pod.

This easy to use podcast should be required listening for all Americans. Listening to the oral arguments not only provides an education into how the process works but also provides a view into how the justices approach very complex cases.
