Love the pod, hate the accents

Love the pod. However, I could do without Matthew’s terrible American accents. They are all cringy and not remotely accurate.

Non Aussie

As a non Aussie, I found this podcast to listen to with my kids. My daughter is OBSESSED with the Thylacine. (Aka Tazmanian Tiger) and we started listening for that episode. The Emu War is one of our Favorites. Please do a little research on the event if you listen with kids. Some episodes are about mourderers, or sh00tings and might not be family friendly. Love to Oz from California!

Great fun

Love these two as they explore everything Australia from the supernatural, true crime and pop culture. They do a great job making the worst events light and palatable. Very interesting and well researched every week.

Adorkable Husband Wife Team Drop Some Knowledge

AustralianYankee•12/1/2021

Love this podcast. A husband wife team recording a podcast from home for fellow nerds like us. Holly does all the research for each episode and Matthew makes dad jokes and goes on long riffs about how terrible Australian journalism and news media is. They cover a broad spectrum of topics ranging from ghost stories to alien sightings to World War II events. 10/10 would recommend.
