There was an actual doctor on the childhood trauma episode and this man would not let him speak. The guest had great knowledge to share but all I heard was Rich’s random personal takes. Got frustrated and turned it off 20 minutes in.

Started listening to hidden depression. It’s just him talking about himself. Not what I was looking for!!!

Bad host

Host is not a good interviewer. I Was interested in his guest but he talked more than he listened. Made sweeping generalizations, gave bad unsolicited advice, and said insensitive things like, “it’s good for ratings” when the guest is emotional and self conscious.

host ruins podcast

Tried this out, the dr he interviewed was GREAT, but the host doesn’t stop interrupting, doesn’t pay attention, is rude, and constantly throwing out misinformation. Will not be listening again. Do not recommend for anyone, especially people struggling with mental health
