I absolutely love yall! This podcast makes me feel so seen. I relate to almost everything yall talk about! As a late diagnosed audhd, trying to navigate this new diagnosis (diagnosed at 41) has been hard. But yall help make me understand myself better! Thanks and keep it up!

As a late diagnosed adult woman and the whole journey of navigating autism with already knew I had adhd. This is educational and validating and it is pretty amazing to hear these stories and have something to share with friends and family because it is hard to communicate and explain ourselves to others (and as we are figuring it out ourselves)!
